The government launched the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal on July 18, 2023, for the investors of Sahara Society. These investors had their funds stuck for a considerable period, but this portal will enable them to claim their refunds. If you are an eligible investor of Sahara Society, you need to register on its official website. However, only certain cooperatives, including India Credit Cooperative Society Limited in Kolkata, Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited in Lucknow, Sahara Universal Multipurpose Society Limited in Bhopal, and Stars Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited in Hyderabad, can claim refunds through this portal.
Here’s how you can file a refund claim:
- After registration, visit the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal’s homepage.
- Click on “Depositor Login.”
- Enter the last four digits of your Aadhaar card and the linked mobile number correctly on the Depositor Login page.
- Click on “Generate OTP” and enter the OTP received.
- Click on “OTP Verification.”
The deadline for filing refund claims through the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal has not been specified by the government so far. However, if your claim amount is ₹50,000 or more, you will need to provide your PAN (Permanent Account Number). Additionally, depositors must have an Aadhaar-linked mobile number and an Aadhaar-linked bank account, as the portal will not accept claims without this information. Depositors will also need to provide a deposit certificate, claim certificate, and PAN card. Upon successful claim processing, you will receive an acknowledgment number and an SMS on your mobile number.

ऐसे कर सकते हैं रिफंड के लिए क्लेम
रजिस्ट्रेशन के बाद आपको CRCS सहारा रिफंड पोर्टल के होम पेज पर जाना होगा। इसके बाद आपको डिपॉजिटर लॉगिन पर क्लिक करना होगा। इसके बाद डिपॉजिटर लॉगइन पेज पर अपने आधार कार्ड के आखिरी चार अंक को और आधार से लिंक्ड मोबाइल नंबर को सही से भरना होगा। गेट ओटीपी पर क्लिक करके आपको ओटीपी दर्ज करना होगा। इसके बाद आपको ओटीपी वेरिफिकेशन पर क्लिक करना होगा।
क्या है रिफंड क्लेम करने की आखिरी तारीख
अभी तक सरकार ने सीआरसीएस सहारा रिफंड पोर्टल के माध्यम से रिफंड अनुरोध जमा करने की कोई समय सीमा निर्धारित नहीं की है। अगर आपकी क्लेम रकम 50,000 रुपये या फिर उससे ज्यादा है तो आपको अपना पैन उपलब्ध कराना होगा। इसके अलावा जमाकर्ता के पास आधार से जुड़ा मोबाइल नंबर और आधार से जुड़ा बैंक खाता अनिवार्य रूप से होना चाहिए, जिसके बिना पोर्टल पर दावा अनुरोध दायर नहीं किया जा सकता है। इसके अलावा जमाकर्ताओं को एक डिपॉजिट सर्टिफिकेट, क्लेम सर्टिफिकेट और पैन कार्ड देना होगा। क्लेम सक्सेसफुली होने के बाद आपको एक एकनॉलेजमेंट नंबर दिया जाएगा। साथ ही आपके मोबाइल नंबर पर एक एसएमएस भी भेजा जाएगा।
